LARGE CONSUMERS
On behalf of large consumer customers, Fulcrum manages in excess of $200 million in
annual natural gas and electricity expenditures. We assist customers in structuring long-
term purchase agreements for traditional and renewable energy, and advise customers on
accessing the wholesale marketplace. Our large consumer customers include major city
governments, manufacturers and flagship universities, which have become well-informed,
efficient energy consumers. Services for this segment include:
 Develop and implement plans for procurement, hedging, supply resource optimization and
risk management reporting
Procure and schedule natural gas, electricity and fuel oil purchases and sales in the term,
day-ahead and real-time markets
Capture value of excess generation capacity in short-term and long-term markets
Provide valuation analyses for onsite power generation investment
Assist in establishing a "self serve" REP
Assist in valuation, qualification and marketing of electrical load-shedding capacity
(such as LAAR in ERCOT)
Provide business management and advisory services
