Rod Wimer
Rod serves on the Executive Committee at Fulcrum Energy and is currently President of Mazama Capital Partners LLC, a private investment
and asset management company. He is a member of the board of directors of two publicly traded Canadian energy companies, Fairborne Energy
Trust and EPCOR Power L.P.
From August 1995 until January 2002, Rod worked for Dynegy Inc. in several executive management positions including President of the
Commercial Power Division, President and CEO of Dynegy Canada, Inc., and Vice President of Business Development for Dynegy Midstream
Services.
Prior to his employment with Dynegy, Rod spent 14 years with Phillips Petroleum Company in commercial positions of increasing responsibility,
including Vice President of Marketing, and President of Phillips Gas Marketing Company. He was also employed for seven years by Portland
General Electric Co., an investor-owned electric utility.
Rod is a 1998 graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program and attended the Advanced Management Program of Phillips Petroleum
Company. He earned a bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences from Eastern Washington University.



Dan Ryser
Dan is a successful 30-year career veteran of various sectors in the US energy business. At his retirement from corporate life in 2001,
Dan was Senior Vice President of Dynegy Marketing & Trade, Dynegy's merchant energy business unit and was responsible for Dynegy's $7 billion
power generation business. He joined Natural Gas Clearinghouse, Dynegy's predecessor, in 1993 and initiated Dynegy's participation in the
electric industry restructuring with the creation of Electric Clearinghouse, Inc. (ECI), the company's power trading subsidiary.
While head of ECI, Dan led the acquisition of Destec Energy, Inc. in 1997, which was Dynegy's entry into the power generation business
segment. He became President of Dynegy Power and was responsible for developing and managing the company's power generation business as it
grew through acquisitions and new construction to $7 billion in assets and over $600 million in annual operating EBIT. Dan spent the first
22 years of his career in technical, marketing and development, and general management positions at Enron. His responsibilities there included
heading the Enron business units, Houston Pipe Line, Transwestern Pipeline, and Enron Gas Processing Company.
Dan received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program.
