HISTORY

In March 2003, Jesson Bradshaw and G.P. Manalac departed Dynegy together to establish Fulcrum and provide third-party energy
management services. Within weeks, the pair had invited another experienced Dynegy executive, Kim Casey, to help establish Fulcrum.
In less than four months, Fulcrum had signed its first contract with a large industrial manufacturer and was managing 600 MW of power
generation and 530 MW of behind-the-fence demand obligation; had hired its first four employees to operate the real-time scheduling desk;
and, most notably, was cash flow positive. At that time, the young company was solely focused on managing generation assets.
Today, Fulcrum employs more than 45 professionals and has managed in excess of 4,000 MW of power generation. It also provides an array of
additional services to retail electricity providers (REPs), large consumers and financial entities seeking energy management services. In
2004, Fulcrum acquired partial ownership of a power generation facility, and continues to pursue the development and acquisition of power
generation assets.
